Client Services Executive | Apparel Industry
Location: Hammersmith, London
Salary: £27,000 + benefits
Full-Time | Office-Based (Hybrid after training)
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Executive to join a leading London-based apparel design business supporting high-profile clients across global brands and events.
This role is ideal for someone with 6–12 months’ office administration or customer service experience who is now looking to develop a long-term career in client services, fashion, apparel, or account support.

The Role
Working closely with Account Managers, you will play a key support role in delivering bespoke apparel orders from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
• Client communication via phone and email
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating bespoke garments (embroidery, tagging, customisation)
• Stock control, logistics, and shipment tracking
• General administrative and operational support
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
• 6–12 months’ office administration and customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in apparel, fashion, textiles, or product-based industries
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using systems and learning new software
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
