About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take charge of two active digital builds in the financial services space. You'll work closely with our leadership team to get up to speed, then lead day-to-day delivery during a period of leave cover. This is a fixed-term position until January 2026, with strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.
Responsibilities
* Lead planning and delivery across two concurrent digital platform projects.
* Manage a small team of designers and engineers, plus new hires as they join.
* Coordinate external development partners and contractors.
* Oversee copywriting and content delivery for one of the projects.
* Capture and refine requirements for internal CMS tools.
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
* Ensure smooth handovers before and after the leave cover period.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing digital product or platform builds (SaaS, FinTech, or marketplaces desirable).
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage remote and hybrid teams.
* Comfortable using agile methodologies and tools such as Notion, Slack, and G Suite.
* Able to start immediately and operate with minimal onboarding time.
