Job Description As a Systems Development Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our platform by building and driving a team tasked with developing, enhancing and supporting our Verification systems. The PAM Verification team are developing, enhancing and supporting the business-critical Verification platform; from the delivery of real time facial recognition systems utilising innovative AI technology to core operational tooling. You will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies and encouraged to create innovate problem-solving techniques to successfully deliver change. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of robust verification systems, enhance operational efficiency and promote a culture of outstanding software development practices. By leading the team and retaining a good technical understanding of the systems, you will remain close to the solutions being developed to define and deliver key initiatives. You will action onboarding plans using a variety of methods. You will ensure that new and existing team members become empowered to succeed by establishing effective training programmes to successfully deliver software to agreed timescales with exceptional standards.
