The Role We are recruiting for a growing IT services business based in Maidstone who are looking for a proactive 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their support team. Although this is a remote role, you must live in Kent, be a driver, and have access to your own vehicle for occasional client visits. You will act as an escalation point for 1st Line, take ownership of more complex technical issues, and support senior management when required. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, researching solutions independently, and seeing issues through to resolution.
