Class 2 HIAB Driver

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) HIAB Driver for agency cover, starting immediately. This role involves the safe delivery and unloading of materials using a lorry?mounted crane (HIAB) to various sites and customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and professional manner
* Use HIAB crane to load and unload materials (bricks, timber, building supplies, etc.)
* Carry out daily vehicle and HIAB safety checks
* Ensure loads are secured correctly and comply with safety regulations
* Complete delivery paperwork and PODs accurately
* Maintain excellent customer service at delivery sites
* Comply with Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and road traffic laws
Requirements
* Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
* HIAB licence (ALLMI / RTITB / CPCS - remote or hook acceptable)
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Minimum 6-12 months Class 2 driving experience preferred
* Good knowledge of load security and safe lifting practices
* Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
* Safety boots & PPE required
Shift Details
* 07:00 start
* Monday to Friday availability preferred
* flexible shifts depending on client demand
Pay
