A friendly and inclusive primary school in Salford is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support
* Supporting the planning, delivery, and reinforcement of lessons
* Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to maintain effective classroom routines
* Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting
* A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
* A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
