Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the production, development, and management of project schedules (Design, Pre-construction, Procurement, Offsite fabrication, Construction, and Commissioning).
* Assist project managers in developing accurate programme of works files.
* Generate Labour histograms, progress reports for team, management, clients, and stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on project progress.
* Identify issues in the planning process and assist in resolving them satisfactorily.
* Collaborate with multiple teams across different sectors.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
* Liaise with Directors, Management, and Project teams.
* Assist with company expansion plans.
* Identify workface stacking, delays, and prolongation; support related claims and demonstrations.
Candidate requirements:
* 5-7 years' experience in a planning Mechanical/Process Engineering role within the construction industry.
* Relevant qualifications in Primavera P6, Asta, and Microsoft Project.
* Self-motivated and organized individual.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong negotiation, scheduling, and time management skills.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of programs.
