Overview
Class 1 Personnel are working with a national client to recruit a Catering Assistant to work in Martlesham in Ipswich for their education site. This is an excellent opportunity for a Catering Assistant to work in a stable environment with a strong reputation for delivering great food.
The role
As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for all aspects of service, including assisting staff with kitchen duties and Front of House Service.

* Assist Kitchen with food preparation.
* Service to the highest standard.
* Working Front of House as needed, interacting with customers.
* Serving and clearing tables.
* Maintain work area cleanliness.

* A confident, self-motivated, and driven person.
* Maintain high standards for customer service.
* Ideally experience in working in a busy kitchen.
In this role you will be working in a well-established kitchen and will be responsible for smooth running service throughout the week.
Pay
£12.21ph working 10:30-13:30 Monday to Friday. You will be paid for 4 hrs per day.
Starting in September 2025.
This role is being offered as an ongoing, long term temporary position.
You must have a valid in date Enhanced DBS certificate, or be prepared to apply for one and will required to take level 2 food hygiene assessment
