Main Duties of the Role
1. Providing remote and onsite support via the phone and emails
2. Creating & distributing tickets
3. Fault diagnosis & resolution
4. Escalating tickets where required
5. Opportunity to lead projects
Your Skills and Experience
6. Experience within a similar position, ideally within a MSP
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Experience of Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Desktop & Server
9. UK Driving License essential
Salary
10. £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
