CAI (Creator Acquisition & Incubation) is a dedicated team focused on recruiting high-quality content creators and driving their growth at scale. Recognising that creators are central to the success of TikTok Shop, CAI prioritises strategies and solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of a large and diverse creator base.By leveraging scalable programs, streamlined resources, and a supportive ecosystem, CAI empowers creators to succeed collectively and contributes to the broader growth of the TikTok Shop ecosystem.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.
