Pay: £110 – £135.50 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)

Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors with a background in Business Studies to support teaching and learning across a network of Secondary schools in Coventry.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set Business Studies lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
* Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task
* Support students with their understanding of key Business concepts and terminology
* Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership where required
* Create a positive, supportive classroom environment
✅ Requirements:
* Experience delivering or supporting Business Studies lessons at KS3/KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or unqualified teacher
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexibility to work across various schools in Coventry
Requirements:
* All applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, which will be verified as part of our safeguarding and compliance process.
* DBS: All applicants must undergo an Enhanced DBS Check (Child Workforce) prior to starting work, unless already registered on the Update Service. The cost of a new DBS will be covered by the applicant.
* For roles below Cover Supervisor level, a minimum of GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) is required, and evidence of these qualifications must be provided.
