The Quantity Surveyor Role
An award-winning, B Corp-certified construction and property consultancy is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to help launch and grow its new Oxford office. This is a standout opportunity for a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to play a central role in establishing a regional presence while leading meaningful, high-profile projects across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a purpose-driven team delivering complex and transformative projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, life sciences, residential, commercial, and regeneration. You\'ll take ownership of projects from day one - managing full lifecycles, supporting sustainable delivery, and working directly with clients, contractors, and consultants. This role offers a clear pathway to Senior and Associate levels, with structured progression, mentorship, and hands-on leadership experience. With sustainability, social value, and innovation at its core, this consultancy offers the opportunity to work on projects that genuinely make a difference - both locally and globally.
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years\' consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* RICS-accredited degree and MRICS (or working towards chartership)
* Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract cost management
* Able to commute to Oxford 3x days a week
