7. Team Coordination: Coordinate with Vehicle Technicians, order parts, and prioritize workload.
8. Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries, including job pricing.
9. Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, data input, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
