On joining, you will receive a starting salary of £34,000 per annum, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus.You’llalso be eligible for a £1,000 exit bonus upon successful completion of the programme. In addition, you may be eligible for a Temporary Accommodation Allowance (TAA), subject to specific criteria.
We encourage you to spend at least three days each week on site to integrate with your team and maximise your learning experience.
As a Graduate Graduate Software Engineer you will:
1. Work closely with experienced and multi-disciplined engineers to solve real problems
2. Work with minimal supervision within a small team following Agile software development practices
3. Software development will include the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis; through design, coding and unit test; to integrating the software with the hardware target; and to acceptance test and delivery to the customer
4. Design and implement high quality robust code and support build, configuration control, and deployment.
5. Expected to complete tasks and documentation in accordance with appropriate processes and procedures and take an active role in engineering process improvement
6. Be an effective communicator.
What we need from you:
All of our roles require (a) a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master’s degree, or (b) a higher degree, such as a MSc or PhD.

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
