We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead and manage shift teams, ensuring a safe and productive working environment
* Deliver clear, engaging shift briefings to align teams with daily priorities
* Oversee inventory control using WMS, scan guns, and tablets for accuracy
* Maintain and update payroll systems (Oracle/Kronos) promptly and correctly
* Collate and present operational data to senior management and clients
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in warehouse operations and line management
* Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft applications
* A safety-first mindset and ability to drive operational excellence
* CITB MAPS certification and a valid driving licence (desirable)
