Role Overview
Within IQVIAs UK & Ireland Healthcare and Government division, the Insight & Feedback team develop tools and strategies to gain insights from staff, patients, and service users. We are the UK’s leading provider of health and social care survey programmes.
We work with NHS organisations, collecting real-time data on patient, service user, and staff experience. Nationally, we run survey programmes for the Care Quality Commission, NHS England, and the devolved administrations. Internationally, we collaborate with the life sciences industry, healthcare payers and providers, charities, and Patient Advisory Groups.
Our survey solutions include:
* Questionnaire Management Platform (QMP): Used for national survey programmes combining paper, online, SMS, and telephone surveys.
* IQVIA Connection: Enables real-time, interactive deployments; configurable and available as managed or self-service solutions.
* Market Research & Consulting: Provides qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for deeper insights.
About The Team
The Technical Services Team delivers platforms to collect feedback and insights in the health and care sector, working with leading clients to enhance patient, service user, and staff outcomes.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, you will supervise a team managing a diverse portfolio of projects and systems. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate, timely data delivery, supporting stakeholders, mentoring team members, and developing processes to maintain high standards.
You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet SLAs and KPIs, act as a brand ambassador, and ensure swift resolution of issues to support client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee setup and delivery of technical systems for survey programmes.
* Supervise and mentor technical staff.
* Manage data quality and prepare data for reporting.
* Handle issue resolution and support investigations.
* Support Information Governance and Data Security activities.
* Drive process improvements and automation.
* Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Skills, Education, and Experience
* Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
* Proactive, adaptable, with strong relationship-building skills.
* Experience with SQL, data handling, HTML, CSS, and MS Office.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
* Knowledge of LEAN principles.
