The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, managing patients with a wide range of acute and long-term conditions. The role requires expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, alongside independent prescribing and a strong focus on patient education and preventative care.
