Job Role The Marketing Coordinator will work across a variety of campaigns and initiatives, assisting in content creation, event planning, social media management, and performance management. This is a pivotal support role that ensures our marketing efforts run smoothly and efficiently. Key Duties and Responsibilities Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. Support the Marketing Manager and team of Marketing Executives in the planning and delivery of various projects Conduct market research and analyse resulting data to provide insight that informs future marketing strategy Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information Assist in the planning and delivery of promotional events (such as Totalkare’s participation in industry exhibitions) and traditional or digital campaigns Prepare and deliver promotional presentations Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts Write and design literature (brochures, new stories etc) to strengthen Peritum’s presence in the market Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships Efficient deal with Editorial requests Take responsibility for the company’s Ebay and Amazon account, as well as promoting the web shop. Raising and processing invoices. Being a dependable addition to the LiveChat function. What We Need You to Have Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with good time management skills Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach Knowledge of market research techniques and databases Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software (knowledge of marketing automation software would be an advantage) and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Ads etc.) Excellent communication and people skills Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude You should hold a Marketing or Business degree or CIM Professional Marketing Qualification (level 4 minimum) preferred but not essential. The Package Up to £24,000 per year Full-time, permanent role 37-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
