Role description depending on experience
Take day to day lead of the Bookings/Customer Service Team
Customer services be the contact point for our customers transport bookings and help them with any information that they require
Take bookings and create in the internal software
Liaise with transport and export planners
Hours of work:
Monday Friday 0830-1700hrs
Person specification:
Previous experience in a Logistics/Freight environment is essential
A confident and approachable person
A high level of organisation and attention to detail
Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
Good decision-making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
IT literate
A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience
