The role involves managing reception duties with grace, ensuring the office runs seamlessly, and supporting high-profile meetings and events. The Team Assistant will also oversee office supplies, coordinate mail, facilities maintenance, and assist with event planning and catering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with receptionist, PA, or administrative experience in a luxury 5-star or professional services environment, who is eager to take on PA and event management responsibilities. You will gain valuable exposure supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel, and expenses.
