Store Manager – Ernest Jones – Stevenage
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the store’s targets by promoting a sales culture in‑store, building an inspiring customer‑first team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and controlling costs, payroll, shrinkage and store expenses. You will also oversee the planning and organisation of operational activities within the store.
