Job description
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a primary school based in Totton. This is an excellent role which will include covering classes, working with small groups of pupils, and carrying out one-to-one work where needed. You will be required to provide support for students in KS1/ KS2. This can either be day-to-day work or Long-term depending on what you're looking for and the needs of the school. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced educators, gain valuable classroom experience.
Hourly Pay: £ - £16
Location: Totton
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
* Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
* An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or be willing to process a new application
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential

* Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
