The successful candidate will teach Business Studies to Key Stages 4 and 5, and there is the potential to take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for candidates with relevant experience or leadership aspirations.

The Role:
You will be joining a dynamic and high-achieving Business department with a reputation for outstanding results at both GCSE and A-Level. Your role will involve:

Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students

Supporting student progress through differentiated instruction and timely feedback

Contributing to departmental development and collaborative planning

Taking on additional responsibilities related to curriculum leadership or mentoring, depending on experience

Salary:
The position will be paid in line with Main Pay Scale (MPS) to Upper Pay Scale (UPS). A TLR is available for candidates taking on additional departmental or pastoral responsibilities.
