We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Attleborough, near Norwich. Pay: Days - £14.50 per hour weekdays, £15.50 per hour weekends Nights - £14.90 per hour weekdays, £15.90 per hour weekends Hours: 24 hours per week over two shifts, days and/or waking nights (days 08:00 - 20:00, nights 20:00 - 08:00) About the Role You’ll be supporting a lady in her 20s who due to Lennox-Gestaut syndrome requires support with complex needs such as epilepsy/seizure management, autism, learning disabilities, PEG feeding and oral suctioning. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. She lives in his own property, enjoys singing and dancing, baking, going for walks, swimming and going out for meals among others. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest. What We’re Looking For Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a female support worker. A genuine passion for care and making a difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Reliable, committed, and flexible approach Experience in complex care. You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family.
