Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Hatton Garden. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to join a professional and friendly team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations through accurate data entry and effective order management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately inputting order data onto the company computer system
* Managing orders from initial receipt through to completion
* Checking and verifying order details to ensure accuracy
* Updating internal systems and maintaining organised records
* Handling general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and responding to emails
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders
The Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Strong organisational skills
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a tea
