Vision for Education are recruiting Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across the GL1 area of Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools while receiving full training and ongoing support through our National Teaching Assistant Programme. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers, supporting pupils in class, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis while building the skills needed for a successful career in education. What you'll be doing: • Supporting pupils with learning and classroom activities • Working with small groups and individual pupils • Helping to promote positive behaviour and engagement • Assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom tasks • Building confidence and experience in a primary school setting Training & Development No experience? No problem.
