Job Description:

Based in Alzenau / Offenbach in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities. We are currently looking for a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team.

* Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
* Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and other strategic partners.
* Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties.
* Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and business goals are met.
* Assist in developing commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
* Develop business cases and proposals for new partnership deals.
* Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives, including events, content collaboration, and digital campaigns.
* Ensure brand alignment and consistency in all partnership communications.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
* Analyze data and insights to measure partnership effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
* Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and key learnings.


Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport / Endurance.
* Strong marketing background with a degree (Bachelor or Master) in related fields.
* Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and derive insights.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of graphic programs (Adobe).
* Reliable team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure.
* Proven track record in managing successful partnerships and commercial deals.
* May require occasional travel for partner meetings and events.
