Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Mobile networks – We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
* You’ll support the Delivery Management team by reviewing site designs from third-party suppliers to ensure they meet Operator/Vendor guidelines. The role covers all Mechanical, Electrical, and Technical needs. Projects range from tech upgrades on existing sites to new site installations.
* You’ll make sure solutions are high quality, cost-effective, and on time. Strong communication is key as you’ll work closely with suppliers and join client calls. You’ll also interpret customer requirements to shape delivery expectations.
* You’ll review supplier designs to ensure they meet customer guidelines and compliance standards. You’ll check the quality and accuracy of documents, provide technical advice, and liaise with customer delivery teams to get designs approved. The role involves working with suppliers, other organisations (e.g., for power supplies or regulations), and internal teams like Acquisition and Build. You’ll ensure designs meet safety standards, capture planning requirements, support QMS processes, and chair client meetings on design matters.
