Main Duties:
Generating weekly sales import summaries
Managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements
Preparing payment run reports
Overseeing and updating the accounts receivable ledger
Resolving invoice queries promptly and efficiently
Ensuring precise and prompt handling of supplier invoicesPersonal Requirements:
Proficient in Excel and Sage
Ability to thrive in a past paced environment
Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexible and willing to adapt to business needs, including handling ad hoc tasks
