Learning Support Assistant - Special School - Croydon - Education and Training
The Role - Education and Training - Learning Support AssistantAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support secondary-aged students both inside and outside the classroom Work closely with teachers and therapists to support learning and wellbeing Assist pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Support students with communication and emotional regulation needs
This role would suit someone passionate about edicatopnm and training who is considering a future career in teaching, psychology, therapy, youth work, or SEN support.
