Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for the assembly, fitting, and testing of components, ensuring they meet strict specifications and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble, fit, and install mechanical parts and subassemblies according to technical drawings and work instructions.
* Perform mechanical inspections and functional testing of assembled components.
* Operate a variety of hand and power tools with precision.
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
* Follow strict health, safety, and quality assurance procedures, including aerospace-specific regulations.
* Work collaboratively with engineers, quality inspectors, and production supervisors to ensure timely delivery of components.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
