Package: £55,000 OTE (£40,000 basic + uncapped bonus) + benefits

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the Head of Business Development to generate new leads, qualify inbound enquiries, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities — all while enjoying a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research new business prospects aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP). Support webinars, attend networking events, and help build a qualified prospect database.
 2. Outbound Sales: Initiate contact via phone, email, and social channels to create intrigue and secure discovery meetings.
 3. Inbound Sales: Qualify inbound leads using consultative sales techniques to assess fit and opportunity.
