Role & Responsibilities:
To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
* Minimize and handle complaints professionally in accordance with our policies.
* Supervise the restaurant breakfast team in line with company policies and manuals.
* Work with the Restaurant Manager to maximize sales performance and achieve sales targets.
* Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
* Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
* Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently, meeting our five-star standards.
* Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
* Make guests aware of offers on our food and drink range.
* Assist in any function or event setups in accordance with procedures.
* Maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company policy, ensuring accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
* Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
* Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy.
* Maintain good working relationships with all departments and communicate effectively throughout the hotel.
* Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
