Sales Administrator
An organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the National Sales Manager and the wider sales function by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth operations from initial enquiry through to post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the National Sales Manager and wider sales team.
Accurately process sales orders, quotations, and customer details.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM systems – experience with ForceManager software is highly desirable.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports and contracts.
Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Process and track orders, follow up on outstanding items and update customers accordingly.
Prepare invoices and assist in credit control when required.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications for the sales team.
Generate and maintain regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management.
Skills &; Experience
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (ForceManager experience highly desirable).
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable Attributes
Experience working in a B2B sales or technical sales environment.
Comfortable producing and analysing sales data and reports.
