We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to join a well-established care home group. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to drive quality improvement and operational excellence at a care home in Suffolk. Job: 2504 Salary: £75,000 per annum Bonus Location: Suffolk Type: Permanent Conduct monthly Provider/Compliance visits, reviewing KPIs, service improvement plans, maintenance logs, and environmental standards Take ownership of care home quality outcomes and overall performance within your region Lead on the standardisation of documentation and roll-out of best practices across all homes Maintain a strong and visible presence across services, with focused support for underperforming homes Build and maintain effective relationships with CQC, Local Authorities, and other professional stakeholders Attend and contribute to Governance and Central Team meetings, presenting audit outcomes and insights Guide the Home to achieve commercial goals, including occupancy growth and marketing activity Contribute to policy and procedure development to enhance care standards and compliance Assess training needs, review completion data, and organise or deliver training as required Support and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and regular 1:1 guidance Lead and manage formal processes including disciplinary hearings, appeals, and grievances in line with company protocolsRequired Skills & Experience Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) highly desirable but not essential Experience managing a nursing home (3 years minimum) NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with commitment to complete NVQ Level 5 or 7If you meet the above criteria above and you would like to know more, please give me a call on (phone number removed) or send me an updated CV to Keystone Care is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
