Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for casual Bar Team Leaders to join us. The role involves providing guests with excellent customer service by serving food and drinks in our concessions outlets.
Hours of work:
This is a casual role with no guaranteed hours. Shifts are flexible and may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Pay starts at £12.09 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain confident and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service.
* Manage the outlet, overseeing team members, stock, cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Promote products, understand menu details, ingredients, allergens, and service styles.
* Operate the till system effectively, including reporting and troubleshooting issues.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
* Lead and develop staff, ensuring they are briefed, trained, and coached during shifts.
* Follow company policies on health & safety, hygiene, legislation, and employment law.
* Handle customer feedback and report service or quality issues.
* Work independently and as part of a team to create memorable guest experiences.
* Manage small teams efficiently during peak times, resolving issues smoothly.
* Ensure the unit is clean and prepared for service.
* Manage cash handling and profit control within the concessions.
