My client is at the cutting edge of engineering, as they expand they are looking for an administrative professional to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to join a company that is going places with blue chip client base. The role basically involves being the glue behind the engineering team, ensuring that administrative tasks are sorted. No day will be the same as they manage a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for diverse duties such as deliveries, answering the phone, assisting in the collation of tenders, basic booking keeping. You need to have a passion to learn, adapt and maintain a positive attitude. It is anticipated that you will have excellent MS Office Skills, an understanding of Xero Software is advantageous. The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch, 30 days holiday pa. Free office parking and a 5% employer pension contribution.
