Job summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in pursuing a career within Business administration. With appropriate on-the-job training, supervision, and guidance, you will support various areas of the business, delivering confidential, high-quality, and proactive services to customers in person, over the phone, and online. You will also support front-line visitors and stakeholders during their visits. Additionally, you will assist other departments with administrative duties. This position is to commence as soon as possible, with an expected duration of 18 months.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent Grades 4, or above, including Maths and English or demonstrable competency
* Experience working with people
* Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
* Ideally live within easy reach of Dover or have means of transport
* Experience working within a diverse, multi-disciplined environment

Salary: £15,500
