Location: Belfast, UK
The Appian Project Manager will work in Belfast, with key responsibilities including sprint and release scoping, capacity planning for Appian projects, and working with financial services clients. Experience in financial services is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with PO team to ensure quality: consistency, completeness, availability, prioritization, and tracking of features backlog.
* Organize and coordinate demos for PO and stakeholders.
* Coordinate across development teams and ensure alignment with architects and PO.
* Manage and maintain all release activities.
* Schedule releases considering business needs and operational activities.
* Consult with FINSAP, BAU, and GPA teams for confirmations, reviews, prioritizations, sign-offs, and process improvements.
* Oversee sprint delivery processes and suggest improvements.
* Track and report RAID issues for platform lifecycle management.
* Plan releases, send notifications, and conduct retrospectives.
* Prepare run books for releases and execute them during deployment with support teams.
