Plumbing and Drainage Engineer
Metrorod South East Anglia
Essex and Suffolk area
£28,000 - £30,000 DOE per annum plus benefits
Full time, permanent

Metro Rod works with clients like Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Mitie, Clarion, Axa, Wetherspoons, and others in FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial, and Leisure sectors. Established in 1983, Metro Rod is a leading provider of drain clearance and maintenance services across the UK, part of Franchise Brands.
We are seeking an experienced Plumber interested in learning drainage to fulfill a dual role. Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of plumbing fixtures, clearing blockages, and repairing drainage systems.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
- HPWJ, CST, and NRSWA certifications (refresher courses available)
- DBS check or willingness to obtain
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to work on a rota including every 4th weekend and bank holidays
- CSCS Card
- Minimum 2 years plumbing experience
