What You Will Do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised intervention plans and therapy programmes.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to support children’s communication and language development.

Maintain accurate records of treatment and progress in line with HCPC standards and service policies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions that enhance care quality and patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle for community visits.
HCPC registration as a qualified Speech and Language Therapist is essential.
