Location:

Type:
Full-time, 5 days in person

Explore Manufacturing are looking for a proactive and highly organised
Executive Assistant
to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their experience in business operations, compliance, and cross-functional coordination while contributing directly to the success of the leadership team and wider organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
As Executive Assistant, you'll be a central figure in the smooth operation of the business coordinating activities, managing priorities, and keeping internal processes aligned and efficient. You'll ensure meetings, projects, documentation, and communication happen on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Management

* Oversee and improve day-to-day administrative operations and office organisation.
* Maintain and implement procedures that ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards.
* Support key internal processes, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.


Planning & Coordination

* Manage schedules, meetings, site visits, and events with attention to detail and foresight.
* Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and templates to a professional standard.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring easy access to critical information.


Communication & Collaboration

* Act as a point of contact between teams, supporting effective communication across departments.
* Ensure smooth flow of information, helping teams stay aligned and focused on priorities.
* Liaise with external partners and vendors, managing logistics and follow-ups.


Governance & Compliance

* Ensure adherence to data protection standards (aligned with ISO27001).
* Monitor administrative compliance with employment law, health and safety, and internal policies.
* Identify and implement improvements to streamline office systems and procedures.

What We're Looking For

* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or senior administrative role.
* Confident using digital tools and systems to manage documentation, meetings, and workflow.
* Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure with great attention to detail.
