Witton Middle School in Droitwich Spa, wish to appoint an Attendance Officer to join a hardworking team. The post is required for 25 hours per week term time only. Previous experience of working in a school or education setting would be desirable but not essential. As Attendance Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of student attendance, monitoring trends for individual groups and whole cohorts. You will produce attendance charts, statistics and evidence for penalty fines/court cases. You will provide general clerical support including typing/word processing, reprographics, filing, etc. of reports, letters, minutes of meetings etc. when required. You will possess a flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns and job task, observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties, be a team player, personable, emotionally intelligent.
