About Us:
We provide Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) designs for urban & rural roads, in addition to dual carriageway & motorways anywhere in the UK using the latest industry software.
As well as specialising in TTM design, we also provide Vehicle Swept Path Analysis, Consultancy, RRRAP Assessments, BIM/ 3D design and traffic modelling.
About the role of Business Administrator:
Due to growth and a growing order book, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to various departments within the business.
You will be joining and working alongside (in beautiful offices) a successful team of talented designers and engineers.
Responsibilities of a Business Administrator:
10. Handling and processing of sensitive information
11. Organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minute taking
12. Preparing business documents
13. Collating and reporting on health and safety specific data/ activities.
14. Supporting Quality and Environmental activities
15. Collating information from internal audits
16. Processing employee inductions
17. Inputting and maintaining data
18. Coordinating training for company employees
19. Updating supplier information
20. Assisting in financial and accounting activities where applicable
21. Assisting in business development and company projects.
22. Any other administrative tasks that may arise
Essential Attributes for a Business Administrator:
23. Excellent communication skills and a team player
24. Strong attention to detail
25. Previous administrative experience
26. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Sharepoint and Teams.
27. Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
28. Willing to learn new skills and develop
Desirable Attributes for a Business Administrator:
29. Previous experience within the TM industry/ Construction
30. Experience using NetSuite - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
31. Payroll experience
