Responsibilities
:
Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements on all makes and models of vehicles.
Assess vehicle damage accurately and liaise with estimators and workshop staff.
Use a variety of repair tools, welding equipment, and body alignment technology.
Work to manufacture standards and insurance company requirements.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out.
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a busy bodyshop environment.
Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools.
Ability to repair a wide range of damage, from minor dents to major structural repairs.
ATA/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Body Repair preferred.
Welding and jig experience essential.
Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
