The ROW SHARP team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager responsible for defining product roadmaps, designing products, and leading rollouts in collaboration with tech teams, product teams, and stakeholders from emerging countries. This individual contributor role requires strong business acumen, operational understanding, product insights, and a willingness to delve deep into supply chain and fulfillment products across 10 countries.

Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with operations and software development teams to design, build, and maintain processes for supply chain and fulfillment expansion in ROW
* Managing the supply chain feature roadmap using Agile methodologies
* Prioritizing projects, establishing clear accountability chains, and managing project commitments
* Interacting with project sponsors, technical product managers, and development teams to define and deliver complex features
* Working with global teams to adapt processes for the ROW business context
* Anticipating bottlenecks, managing escalations, making tradeoffs, and balancing business and technical needs
* Fostering teamwork, communication, and collaboration across diverse groups
A typical day involves defining product roadmaps, designing products based on stakeholder requirements, tracking development progress, and driving product adoption across ROW countries.
About the team: The ROW SHARP team focuses on innovations and optimizations in Amazon's supply chain and fulfillment centers to enhance customer experience in India, Japan, AMET, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, and Australia.
Qualifications include:
* 5+ years in product or program management, marketing, business development, or technology
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience in roadmap strategy, end-to-end product delivery, and feature tradeoffs
* Experience as a product manager or owner, owning technology products
* Proven ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights
* Experience working across functions and with senior stakeholders
