The Role
As a Delivery Manager at Definia, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects and services for our clients.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will:
1. Shape effective delivery environments, build trusted relationships, and ensure both clients and associates feel supported and empowered.
2. You will lead consulting engagements, monitor performance, champion delivery excellence, and ensure governance and reporting are robust and insightful.
3. You will also contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities and partnering with sales and leadership teams to create compelling proposals.
