About The Role


Role: Leisure Officer

Location: Bamber Bridge Sports Hub

Contract: Part Time (up to 17 hours per week) / Permanent

Salary: 26,527

Closing Date: 28 September 2025

We are looking for a keen, friendly and organised person to join our team here at Bamber Bridge Sports Hub. We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills, high standards of cleanliness, motivated to working individually and as part of team and strives to ensure top standard customer satisfaction at all times.

What you'll be getting up to

* Serving customers in our Kiosk
* Helping move sporting equipment
* Helping customers and answering enquiries
* Keep standards of cleanliness high
* Taking bookings
* Administering First Aid when required
* Working both in a team and working independently at times

Who we're looking for

* an individual with excellent customer service skills
* someone who strives to do their best in everything they do
* someone able to follow procedures whilst also being able to use their own initiative.

Other requirements

* Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).
