Job Description
Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharma and we are actively seeking a Production Technician to join the business on an initial 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and compliance.
* Prepare and handle raw materials and components according to batch records and specifications.
* Perform in-process checks and document production activities accurately in batch records.
* Conduct routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
* Assist in packaging, labeling, and storage of pharmaceutical products.
* Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to support product testing and release activities.
* Report and escalate any deviations, non-conformances, or safety concerns promptly.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following company and regulatory standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Key Requirements:
* 1+ years GMP experience
* Relevant life science degree
