Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.Conduct complex financial analyses and provide insights to optimize financial performance.Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide strategic advice.Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.
